On an old industrial site with ground contamination concerns, the build was redesigned to incorporate detention, pretreatment and filtration facilities to manage stormwater.

Kyanite assisted with preparing the Operations and Maintenance Manual for annual reporting to the City of Minneapolis to maintain compliance reporting standards. 

​

While the on-site staff manages most of the maintenance, we are brought in ocasionally to assist with bigger projects and continue to consult.
